Decades of Experience Across Complex Transactions
Brad started his career as an auditor with Deloitte, where he worked for eight years. Since then, he has accumulated over 25 years of deal experience assisting clients through complex buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements.
During the mortgage crisis era of 2008–2010, Brad gained expertise working on complex restructuring and insolvency cases. His international work experience includes transactions in Canada, Mexico, Bolivia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Japan, and China. Brad has worked in Houston throughout his professional career.

Brad began his career as an auditor with Deloitte, developing a strong technical foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
Transaction Services Career
He moved into transaction advisory, building decades of experience across both buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements. Brad started and grew the Houston Transaction practices at both FTI Consulting and BDO.
Restructuring & Insolvency Work
During the 2008–2010 mortgage crisis era, Brad worked for FTI Consulting on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
